After many years of helping people move home, Akers Removals Ltd is no longer taking on full house removals.
The business has now moved in a new direction, focusing on the services people most often need before and after a move, rather than the move itself.
While removals has come to an end, the experience behind Akers has not gone anywhere.
Ashlea Veal, director of Akers Removals, has launched a new company to continue supporting customers with a range of home services.
Introducing ClearSpace Home Solutions Ltd
If you are moving house, decluttering, or preparing a property for sale or tenancy, ClearSpace Home Solutions Ltd provides practical support to make the process easier.
Services include:
• Secure Storage
• End of Tenancy Cleaning
• Decluttering & Home Organisation
• Packing and Unpacking
• Property Clearance
ClearSpace was created to help with the parts of moving that people often find the most stressful - organising, clearing, packing, and preparing homes.
Storage Customers
If you currently store items with Akers Removals, your storage will continue as normal.
Storage services are now managed by ClearSpace Home Solutions Ltd, but:
• Your storage location remains the same
• Your price remains the same
• Nothing changes regarding your access or items
You will receive direct communication with any administrative updates.

Although we no longer carry out full removals, we can still help with many parts of the moving process including:
• Packing and unpacking
• Decluttering before a move
• Temporary storage between properties
• End of tenancy cleaning
• Furniture assembly and handyman services in your new home
