Removals, care is taken with everything that we move. Our piano movers have undergone specialist piano removals training in order to understand the workings and safe removal and transport of both uprights, and grand pianos.
Our removals team always uses specially designed piano removal dollies which are specially made for this purpose, allowing the safe and secure removal of your piano. Every piano is covered using a padded piano cover to protect it whilst in transit in our removal van. When moving grand pianos, the piano is dismantled and secured onto a specialised grand piano shoe before being moved, with all the removed parts being carefully wrapped for transport.
When you enquire with us regarding the removal of your piano, we will ask you to confirm what floor level the piano is being moved from and to, and if there are any steps. We may also ask you to confirm the make and model of your piano. This will allow us to quote accordingly and bring the correct equipment for the job. We will supply a minimum of two men for every piano removal.

We will move upright and grand pianos from and to the ground floor only, unless there is a lift available that fits the piano.
